About Us

We opened our doors for our first season spring of 2007 with a hope to be “Where Green Ideas Start”

We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome & positive response from the market place. We currently are in the process of expanding from our small start, adding a second larger greenhouse this summer, and hope to bring an even wider range of Green to our customers in the seasons following.

To me, "Where green Ideas Start" is about trying new things, getting people excited about about gardening, and about doing it in a environmentally friendly way.

I get a thrill when a customer gets excited about a new plant they have never seen before, or knowing they left happy with a few new ideas on how to be kinder to our environment, while making their world more beautiful. 

That is a big part of why they keep coming back.

You just don’t get that a big box store!

We are very proud to have been nominated as the Pigeon Lake Chamber of Commerce
Small Business of the Year in 2009, and even prouder to receive the Award as runner up!

We have had the honor of being contracted to beautify the town of Breton for the past 3 seasons,
The Village of Pigeon Lake in 2009 & 2010, and recently, 
the City of Wetaskiwin, Communities in Bloom for the 2010 season.
