For over 30 years, Lionel Rault has been one of Alberta's favorite folk-roots musicians. An intense, electrifying guitarist, Lionel is a gifted songwriter with extraordinary scope in his creativity and understanding of the folk-roots genre. In addition to a successful broadcasting career, Lionel has a wide range of concert, night club, television, radio and festival appearances to his credit; sharing stages with John Hiatt, Willie Dixon, John Hammond, Ruthie Foster, Jesse Winchester, Taj Mahal, Eric Bibb, David Francey, J.J. Cale, John Lee Hooker, Bo Diddley, the Staple Singers and more. Lionel has five albums to his credit; independent releases: "Killin' Time", "Been So Long", and "No Tell Hotel", his 2004 self-titled CD and 'The Further Adventures of...' released in June of '07. These days, when Lionel isn't working on his own music, he plays with his brother Ron in their band, The Rault Brothers. She Could Be Trouble, 2016

Don't miss this dynamic trio of heavy hitting Femmes!
This potent mix of cross genres has been enticing and captivating those lucky enough to be a part of it. While these three birds have graced many venues and given truly powerful performances in their own right…now they combine forces to deliver what is designed to leave you wanting more.
The audiences have been blown away with the amount of talent on one stage. Blues, soul, gospel, rootsy funk-folk is combined into one delicious mix for the eyes and ears, as these ladies perform ‘Song Circle’ style, each taking a turn at singing one of their original songs, being backed by the other two with funky bass, sassy percussion, tasty electric guitar solos, and luscious harmonies.

Twin Peaks June 5, 2016

Over a span of only four years the duo have covered a lot of ground. They have released two albums, their EP Twin Peaks (2012) and their full length album Trouble (2013). Extensive touring has taken them all over Western Canada playing charming, intimate venues to large outdoor festivals.

The band has had amazing opportunities for having their music played on CBC radio through various contests held on the air. In 2012 they made the top ten for CBC Radio 3's contest Tracks on Tracks, and in 2014 the group rose to the national finals in the CBC Searchlight contest. They've taken home a Vancouver Island Music Award for BC Wide Artist of the Year, both albums have been nominated twice for a Western Canadian Music Award for Roots Duo Recording of the Year and in 2015 Trouble won the WCMA in that category! The duo is proud to have shared the stage with acts such as Steve Brockley Band, Del Barber, and Ariana Gillis.
Rich harmonies, a piano, a guitar, two ukuleles and unlimited wit are at the heart of Twin Peaks - an emerging duo that embraces roots music with undertones of country and contemporary blues. Naomi Shore and Lindsay Pratt - although very diverse in their musical histories - have successfully combined individual experiences into a unique blend of genres. It is eclectic, creative and clever. Born and raised in northern BC in the city of Fort St. John, their music reflects small town wisdom with lively humour and songs that immediately capture an audience.
